Do you offer a guarantee with any of your products?

We offer a 2 year warranty on all our footstool frames. We do not cover accidental damages and we do not cover our soft furnishings or fabrics.

Care & Washing

How can I best care for my products

Professional cleaning is recommended every 12 months for your home furnishings. Keep furnishing fabrics dust free by regular, gentle vacuuming with the appropriate attachment. This may reduce the need for washing and dry-cleaning.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct cleaning method is used. Careful and regular maintenance is required to prolong the life and appearance of soft furnishings.

Spot cleaning should be avoided. Do not rub as this may remove some colour. We do not recommend the use of cleaning products that contain bleaching or brightening agents.

All fabrics crease, particularly linens and velvets.

Linens have a natural tendency to crease which adds texture to the appearance, although these creases will fall out with general use over time.

*We always recommend dry-cleaning as the preferred cleaning method for all our products but loose covers may be washed at 30°C max on a short cycle on occasion. Do not tumble dry, line dry.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We use various 24 & 48 hour delivery partners to ensure your order is delivered to you on time and in perfect condition. We may change the delivery partner to best suit your order and location.

Free Delivery On All Orders Over £100

*Excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Island. Please get in touch before purchase if you’d like to your items posting to the above as they may incur an extra delivery charge.

How long is your delivery/order time?

All our products are hand made to order and ready to ship with our 24 hour delivery partner within 5-10 working days. We always aim to get your items to you as soon as possible and we’ll keep you up to date with an estimated delivery date. If you’d like a specific delivery date please let us know.

Do you accept returns?

We offer a 14 day returns policy if you’re not 100% happy with your product. Just contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery and return your item to us within 14 days after notifying us for a full refund. Return postage costs are to be paid for by the customer.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds on bespoke or special order items.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, We use Paypal and Stripe to process your payment (Two of the worlds leading payment processors). None of your details are passed to us, that’s all taken care of by Paypal or Stripe.

Fire Regulations

All our furniture and footstools comply with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 and will include a “schedule 3” interliner where required.
Our footstools meet the requirements for domestic use. If you intend to use any of our products in a business/public environment you may need to your furnishings to meet higher specifications. We can create any of our products to meet these higher requirements , please contact us should this be the case.
